Cancellation & Credit Policy
Once a booking is confirmed, payments for tours, programs, courses and other services are non-refundable in cash. If you cancel, the amount paid becomes credit valid for 12 months from the cancellation date. The credit may be applied to another eligible tour, program, online Arabic course or volunteering program, and may be transferred to another eligible participant upon request.
If the new booking costs more, the difference must be paid. If it costs less, the remaining credit stays valid until the original expiry date. Extensions are discretionary and require written confirmation. If we cancel due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to offer another date or equivalent program, with credit where appropriate. Third-party costs may follow their own cancellation and refund policies. Booking signifies acceptance of this policy.
